From the ARM7TDMI thumb datasheetNEG is the only opcode in thumb format 4 that uses an immediate value (#0) as its second operand. I hadn’t noticed it when I was in a hurry to quickly write the implementation for all these opcodes, so there you have it. I re-compiled obj_aff.gba demo with debug information so I can easily locate this function in the built binary and put a breakpoint in my emulator. To test the ARM7TDMI Processor I used gba-suite by Julian Smolka. These are short ARM snippets that test many CPU edge-cases and jump to an infinite loop when a test fails, with the faulty test number in a CPU register. Very handy tests indeed, I even integrated these tests in my CI using rust’s built-in testing infrastructure.

If the Bari does not release electricity after it begins to float back to Arrghus, you are safe to slash and destroy it before it can complete the trip. Once all of the Baris are removed, Arrghus goes back to his old tricks, jumping up to the ceiling and trying to slam down on top of you. Along with Arrghus’s tendency to slide around the room, he stirs up a lot more Kyameron bubbles to bounce around the room and attack you. Remember that he will try to land on top of you, so if you merely step out of the way just before he lands, you will be in a position to strike him as soon as he begins to move.

The problem is, finding this one fish is always a challenge but is usually hiding at the top of the screen – the furthest point which requires a long cast. Then, getting the fish to bite let alone snag the line is near impossible. In the matches I played, I was only able to actually catch the fish one time. The worst part, after you catch the fish, you have to wait until the remaining time expires while your opponents try and catch their fish.
